Five Whys

Problems can sometimes be hidden under the multiple layers of the things we see, or the side effects. This leads us to sometimes making surface changes that only work temporarily. Approaching a problem with the Five Whys offers a way to solve the right problem, the first time.

Five Whys is a step in the Design Thinking process, which works nicely to ensure the process is driven towards the correct outcome. However, it can be a valuable tool by itself, before spending time solving for a problem that is not there.

  • Included:

You get both the Five Whys; How-to and the Five Whys; Template to ensure you have an understanding of how to utilize the tool and the template to expedite your problem solving!
